Jennifer has more than 30 years experience working in the adoption field, working directly with expectant parents through decision making and the adoption journey for over 10 years. With a passion for research and development, Jennifer has been able to greatly enhance the adoption services offered by New Life Adoptions with the addition of embryo adoption services, increased learning and education for families, and collaborative work with other agencies. She feels privileged to oversee the adoption process for both birth parents and adoptive families at New Life Adoptions.

Rebecca started her career at New Life Adoptions in 2013, supporting birth parents in their decision making and adoption plans. She moved to her current role in 2016 and is now the first point of contact for incoming adoptive families as well as supporting all members of the adoption constellation after the adoption is complete. Rebecca loves getting to know each client she works with, learning how adoption has uniquely impacted their life, and being able to provide customized support and services.

Emily feels passionately about pursuing a career focused on helping others and working with children and families, all while keeping her faith central in the work she does. In social work, Emily has developed a love for adoption and being a part of uniting families. Emily enjoys working directly with clients and being able to support expectant parents through the process of decision-making and creating an adoption plan. In watching parents create these plans, Emily loves getting to see the deep love and care that expectant parents have for their child(ren).

Caitlin has known she wanted to work in adoption since pursuing a career in social work. She has been with New Life Adoptions since 2011, supporting expectant parents through the decision making process and adoption planning. Caitlin loves connecting with birth parents at any stage of the decision making process. She is amazed at the strength and selfless love birth parents have as they make a plan for their child.

Brita’s 24 years of adoption experience include working with adoptive families from the beginning of their home study until placement along with working with birth parents in the beginning of her career. She loves working with adoptive families and supporting them throughout the adoption journey. She married her college sweetheart and has four married children and ten grandchildren to hug and love. Much of her spare time is spending time with family and serving in the church where her husband is one of the pastors.
