Caitlin has known she wanted to work in adoption since pursuing a career in social work. She has been with New Life Adoptions since 2011, supporting expectant parents through the decision making process and adoption planning. Caitlin loves connecting with birth parents at any stage of the decision making process. She is amazed at the strength and selfless love birth parents have as they make a plan for their child.
