BraveLove is an organization whose main purpose is to “acknowledge and support birth moms for their brave decision” (bravelove.org). BraveLove provides support to birth mothers throughout the United States. They also offer resources to professionals working with expectant parents. BraveLove’s website is engaging and shares support and understanding through real-life stories in the form of both videos and articles. All of the stories revolve around each persons’ unique journey through the adoption process. There is a page named Just for Birth Moms, which includes information specifically for birth moms such as support groups, retreats, community events, dinners, meet ups, and online connections with other birth mothers. There are additional resources such as recommended books and podcasts, and post-adoption support groups and retreats around the country. Your story is personal and different from others.
